INGREDIENTS:
- 1 banana, frozen or fresh
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1 cup milk of your choice
- 1/4 cup yogurt (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
- Honey or maple syrup to taste (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Add more milk or yogurt to thin out the smoothie, if desired.
- Enjoy immediately!
- For a thicker smoothie, use frozen bananas or add ice.
- For a sweeter smoothie, add honey or maple syrup to taste.
- If you don't have peanut butter, you can use almond butter or another type of nut butter.
- You can also add other fruits and vegetables to your smoothie, such as berries, apples, or carrots.
