INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 avocados, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, diced
  • 1 Roma tomato, diced
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro leaves
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup vegetable oil for frying
  • 8 egg roll wrappers

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the diced avocados, red onion, tomato, cilantro, garlic powder, lime juice, salt, and pepper.

  2. Lay out an egg roll wrapper on a flat surface. Place 2-3 tablespoons of the avocado mixture in the center of the wrapper.

  3. Fold the bottom corner of the wrapper up over the filling. Fold the two side corners in, and then roll the wrapper up tightly.

  4. Repeat with the remaining egg roll wrappers and avocado mixture.

  5. Heat the vegetable oil in a large saucepan or deep fryer to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

  6. Fry the egg rolls in batches until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per batch.

  7. Drain on paper towels.

  8. Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.


TIPS:

  • For a creamier filling, mash the avocados before adding the other ingredients.

  • If you don't have a deep fryer, you can fry the egg rolls in a large skillet with about 1/2 inch of oil.

  • Serve the egg rolls with a dipping sauce, such as sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, or sriracha.

THE BEST AVOCADO EGG ROLLS RECIPE

 


INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 ripe avocados, halved, pitted, and peeled
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste
  • 1/4 cup finely diced red onion
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/2 jalapeño pepper, seeded and minced (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Mash the avocados: In a medium bowl, mash the avocado flesh with a fork or potato masher until it reaches your desired consistency, whether chunky or smooth.

  2. Add the flavorings: Add the lime juice, salt, red onion, cilantro, and jalapeño pepper (if using) to the mashed avocado. Stir gently to combine.

  3. Taste and adjust: Taste the guacamole and adjust the seasonings to your liking, adding more salt, lime juice, or jalapeño pepper if desired.

  4. Serve immediately: Serve the guacamole immediately with tortilla chips, tacos, burritos, or as a topping for your favorite dishes.


TIPS:

  • For a smoother guacamole, use a food processor or blender.

  • To prevent the guacamole from browning, place the avocado pit in the center of the guacamole and cover the bowl tightly with plastic wrap.

  • For a more flavorful guacamole, add a diced tomato or a pinch of cumin.

  • If you don't have a jalapeño pepper, you can substitute with a pinch of cayenne pepper or a few dashes of hot sauce.

GUACAMOLE RECIPE

 


INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 slice of bread
  • 1/4 avocado, mashed
  • 1 egg
  • Salt and pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Cut a hole in the center of the bread slice using a biscuit cutter or a glass.
  2. Heat a small skillet over medium heat. Add a small amount of butter or oil to the skillet.
  3. Place the bread slice in the skillet and crack the egg into the hole.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Cook the egg until it is set to your liking.
  6. Spread the mashed avocado on the bread slice.
  7. Top with the egg and enjoy!


TIPS:

  • For a crispier bread slice, toast it before adding the egg.
  • If you don't have a biscuit cutter or a glass, you can use a knife to cut a hole in the center of the bread slice.
  • To prevent the egg from sticking to the skillet, make sure to add a small amount of butter or oil to the skillet before cooking.
  • If you like your eggs runny, cook them for less time. If you like your eggs cooked through, cook them for longer.
  • Get creative with your toppings! Try adding a slice of cheese, some chopped tomatoes, or a sprinkle of everything bagel seasoning.

EGG IN A HOLE AVOCADO TOAST RECIPE

 


INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • Ice cubes (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Add more coconut milk or ice cubes to adjust the consistency to your liking.
  3. Pour into glasses and enjoy!



TIPS:

  • For a sweeter smoothie, add more honey.
  • For a more tart smoothie, add more lime juice.
  • For a protein-rich smoothie, add a scoop of protein powder.
  • For a more filling smoothie, add a handful of spinach or kale.
  • Garnish with a slice of avocado, a wedge of lime, or a few coconut flakes.

VARIATIONS:

  • Add a splash of orange juice or mango nectar for extra flavor.
  • Add a tablespoon of nut butter (such as peanut butter, almond butter, or cashew butter) for extra protein and healthy fats.
  • Add a tablespoon of chia seeds or flaxseed for fiber and omega-3 fatty acids.
