INGREDIENTS:
- 40 ml white rum
- 20 ml coconut rum
- 60 ml pineapple juice
- 40 ml coconut cream
- Ice
- Pineapple slice, for garnish
- Maraschino cherry, for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Combine all ingredients in a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into a chilled glass.
- Garnish with a pineapple slice and a maraschino cherry.
TIPS:
- Use fresh pineapple juice for the best flavor.
- If you don't have coconut cream, you can substitute condensed milk or heavy cream.
- Add more or less rum to taste.
- For a sweeter drink, add a splash of simple syrup.
VARIATIONS:
- Spiced Piña Colada: Add 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon or nutmeg to the blender.
- Berry Piña Colada: Add 1/2 cup of frozen berries to the blender.
- Chocolate Piña Colada: Add 2 tablespoons of chocolate syrup to the blender.
