INGREDIENTS:

  • 40 ml white rum
  • 20 ml coconut rum
  • 60 ml pineapple juice
  • 40 ml coconut cream
  • Ice
  • Pineapple slice, for garnish
  • Maraschino cherry, for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour into a chilled glass.
  4. Garnish with a pineapple slice and a maraschino cherry.


TIPS:

  • Use fresh pineapple juice for the best flavor.
  • If you don't have coconut cream, you can substitute condensed milk or heavy cream.
  • Add more or less rum to taste.
  • For a sweeter drink, add a splash of simple syrup.

VARIATIONS:

  • Spiced Piña Colada: Add 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon or nutmeg to the blender.
  • Berry Piña Colada: Add 1/2 cup of frozen berries to the blender.
  • Chocolate Piña Colada: Add 2 tablespoons of chocolate syrup to the blender.
