INGREDIENTS:
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup pineapple chunks
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- Ice cubes (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Add more coconut milk or ice cubes to adjust the consistency to your liking.
- Pour into glasses and enjoy!

- For a more tart smoothie, add more lime juice.
- For a protein-rich smoothie, add a scoop of protein powder.
