INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk (or non-dairy milk)
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional, to taste)

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy!


TIPS:

  • For a thicker smoothie, use less milk or add more frozen strawberries.
  • If you don't have Greek yogurt, you can use regular yogurt or even cottage cheese.
  • You can also add other fruits to your strawberry smoothie, such as blueberries, raspberries, or pineapple.
  • For a fun twist, add a splash of lemon or lime juice.

STRAWBERRY SMOOTHIE RECIPE

 


INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
  • Ice cubes (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Add more coconut milk or ice cubes to adjust the consistency to your liking.
  3. Pour into glasses and enjoy!


TIPS:

  • For a sweeter smoothie, add more honey or maple syrup.
  • For a more tart smoothie, add a squeeze of lemon or lime juice.
  • For a protein-rich smoothie, add a scoop of protein powder.
  • For a more filling smoothie, add a handful of spinach or kale.
  • Garnish with a slice of pineapple, a sprig of mint, or a few chia seeds.

VARIATIONS:
