INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk (or non-dairy milk)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional, to taste)

TOPPINGS:

  • Fresh blueberries
  • Granola
  • Shredded coconut
  • Sliced almonds
  • Hemp seeds


INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour the smoothie into a bowl and top with your desired toppings.

TIPS:

  • For a thicker smoothie, use less milk or add more frozen blueberries.
  • If you don't have chia seeds, you can omit them or substitute another thickener, such as ground flaxseed or oats.
  • To make a vegan smoothie bowl, use a plant-based yogurt and milk.
  • Get creative with your toppings! You can also add other fresh fruits, nuts, seeds, or even a drizzle of peanut butter or almond butter.
