INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 can (16 ounces) refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup chopped pepperoni
  • 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion


INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

  2. Unroll the pizza dough onto a lightly floured surface. Cut the dough into 24 squares.

  3. In a small bowl, combine the pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder.

  4. Place a spoonful of the cheese mixture in the center of each dough square. Top with pepperoni, green bell pepper, and onion.

  5. Bring the corners of the dough squares together and pinch to seal.

  6. Place the pizza bites on a greased baking sheet.

  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown and the cheese is melted.

  8. Serve immediately with marinara sauce for dipping.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
