INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 14-oz. package cocktail-sized smoked sausages, patted dry
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon water
  • Everything bagel seasoning, for sprinkling (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate into triangles. Place a sausage on the wide end of each triangle and roll up tightly. Place the rolls on the prepared baking sheet.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the egg and water. Brush the egg wash over the rolls.
  4. Sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning, if desired.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown and the sausages are cooked through.

TIPS:

  • For extra crispy rolls, bake for a few minutes longer.
  • Serve with your favorite dipping sauce, such as ketchup, mustard, or ranch dressing.
