INGREDIENTS:
- 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 14-oz. package cocktail-sized smoked sausages, patted dry
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1 teaspoon water
- Everything bagel seasoning, for sprinkling (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate into triangles. Place a sausage on the wide end of each triangle and roll up tightly. Place the rolls on the prepared baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the egg and water. Brush the egg wash over the rolls.
- Sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning, if desired.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown and the sausages are cooked through.
- For extra crispy rolls, bake for a few minutes longer.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce, such as ketchup, mustard, or ranch dressing.
